A futurist fantasy blending Gatsby glamour and Tron-inspired spectacle.
Think Art Deco meets electro-jazz. We reimagined New Year’s Eve, 1,000 years from now.
The concept: timeless innovation—just like Axel Johnson.
As freelance creative director, I built the vision from the ground up:
Transformed a traditional venue into a neon-glowing future-club with immersive storytelling
Curated high-energy performances including LED electro-swing dancers, roller-skating hype teams, and a golden art-deco robot MC
Installed Hypervsn holograms, a replica 3020 ball drop, and AI-powered activations like cocktail generators, voice cloning, and photo mosaics
Wove AJI’s industrial identity into sculptural centerpieces and branded keepsakes, including a metal Empire State Building water bottle installation
Closed the night with NYC-inspired desserts served from futuristic food carts—yes, there were pretzels
Every element—from countdown clocks to Kiralina's AI-jazz fusion set—was designed to reflect AJI’s forward-looking mission and NYC roots.
The impact
Seamlessly introduced AJI to Swedish stakeholders
Delivered an unforgettable experience that reinforced the company’s legacy and ambition
Made the client look good. Made the CEO look even better.
